I’m Eric Bailey—a finance and operations professional with nearly a decade of experience in wholesale lending, retail finance, inventory strategy, and dealer partnerships.

My work spans the marine, powersports, and automotive industries, where I’ve focused on helping dealer networks operate with greater clarity, control, and confidence. I’ve been deeply involved in everything from floorplan optimization and performance analysis to team development and insurance product integration.
